    Form 3 Farmers Market – A Huge Success!

    Form 3’s Farmers Market took place this week and was a huge success! Popcorn, pumpkins, pies, cupcakes, salad pots and a whole load of lovely loaves, flew off the stalls to raise crucial funds for the Manchester Wood Street Mission. Thank you to all our staff, pupils, parents and local businesses who supported the event.

    Breaking News – Headmaster announces, “It’s ok to fail”.

    For many children the concept of ‘What if?’ has negative connotations. What if I do this and this goes wrong, or what if I try that and that goes wrong? As a result, many have a mindset cluttered by the fear of ‘failure’.

    Pownall Hall School was originally an all boys school until it went fully coeducational in 1998. Over the past 2 decades, our girl contingent has gone from strength to strength.
