On Friday morning, the kitchen received a surprise visit from the Environmental Health Agency at Cheshire East. The officer had a walk through the kitchen, inspecting how we prepare and store our food, the cleanliness of the kitchen and staff qualifications, our knowledge and finally all our paperwork.

The officer was extremely impressed with the standards we maintain in the kitchen, especially our use of local suppliers and fresh deliveries daily! The officer was also impressed on the knowledge of the team and how we cater for different allergies. After interviewing our Assistant Manager, Clare, we were awarded 5 stars with no recommendations! Upon leaving the officer made a comment on what a lovely visit it was and how we have improved since her last visit!
